Lanny Gore, MD, is a board-certified bariatric surgeon who supports patients throughout their weight-loss journey. He completed medical school and residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Gore specializes in metabolic and bariatric procedures including sleeve gastrectomy, Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, and SADI–S. He works closely with patients to develop safe, personalized care plans that promote long-term weight loss and improved health.
